Can I connect third party external speakers to this unit?

No, this item does not have any outputs so it does not have the ability to connect external speakers.

I can't get any sound.

I do not like the item that I purchased. Can I get a refund from you or exchange it for a different model?

Crosley can only refund items purchased directly through us within the last 30 days. All parts and accessories sales are final and cannot be returned.
