Are replacement parts available outside of the 90 day warranty period?

At this time, replacement parts are available for some products. For availability and pricing please contact our consumer support hotline at 1-800-815-4796. We are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm EST.

Can someone come out to my house to assemble the furniture?

At this time we do not offer assembly services with the purchase of our furniture. The warranty also does not cover any costs accumulated for using assembly services. Please note all of our furniture will require at least some assembly.

Can your products be used commercially?

No. Crosley furniture products are not rated for commercial use and the warranty will not apply towards commercially used products.

Do I have to follow the assembly manual exactly as printed, or can I skip/modify certain steps?

Failure to assemble our products properly as detailed in the instruction manuals may result in compromised integrity of the units, and potential damage/injury to you and your property. Do not modify or deviate from the printed assembly instructions.

Do the products have a warranty?

All of our furniture products have a 90 day limited warranty.

Does this product come assembled?

No. Full assembly is required.

How do I care for and clean this product?

Please refer to our Use & Care Instructions for additional details on our different products and how to clean and care for each of them.

How long does assembly typically take?

Two people working together can usually assemble most products in approximately one to two hours.

I have to pay to dispose a damaged part, will you cover those costs?

No. The disposal of any part is the responsibility of the customer. The warranty does not cover any costs for the disposal of parts.

What is the weight limit?

The weight limit is 50 lbs.

What tools are needed to assemble this product?

No additional tools are needed for this product. Everything needed is included.

Where can I get damaged, defective or missing parts replaced?

What is this furniture product made of?

This furniture is made of engineered wood with a hardwood veneer. The hardware is made of plastic.

Are touch up pens available for small dings and scratches?

Touch up pens are available for some indoor and outdoor furniture. Please call our consumer support hotline (800-815-4796) between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday to order touch up paint.

Can I get wood samples for this product?

Please call our consumer support hotline between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday at 800-815-4796 for available wood sample colors. We require that postage be covered for any wood samples.

Where are Crosley Furniture products manufactured?

This furniture product is manufactured in China.

Can I use power tools during assembly?

We do not recommend using power tools for assembly as it is easy to over-tighten hardware and damage the furniture.

Is this item ISTA-3A certified?

This item passed ISTA-3A testing. Small parcel shipments are the vast majority of our business and we take great care in making sure the packaging is sufficient enough to make it to the consumer.
