Where can I get damaged, defective or missing parts replaced?

There is a 90 day limited warranty on our furniture products that specifically covers these kinds of issues. Please call our consumer support hotline between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday for replacement parts. 800-815-4796.

Do the products have a warranty?

All of our furniture products have a 90 day limited warranty.

Does this product come assembled?

No. Full assembly is required.

How long does assembly typically take?

Two people working together can usually assemble most products in approximately one to two hours.

Can I use power tools during assembly?

We do not recommend using power tools for assembly as it is easy to over-tighten hardware and damage the furniture.

Do I have to follow the assembly manual exactly as printed, or can I skip/modify certain steps?

Failure to assemble our products properly as detailed in the instruction manuals may result in compromised integrity of the units, and potential damage/injury to you and your property. Do not modify or deviate from the printed assembly instructions.

How do I care for and clean this product?

Please refer to our Use & Care Instructions for additional details on our different products and how to clean and care for each of them.

What are the return policies for furniture?

Can your products be used commercially?

No. Crosley furniture products are not rated for commercial use and the warranty will not apply towards commercially used products.

Are replacement parts available outside of the 90 day warranty period?

At this time, replacement parts are available for some products. For availability and pricing please contact our consumer support hotline at 1-800-815-4796. We are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm EST.

Can someone come out to my house to assemble the furniture?

At this time we do not offer assembly services with the purchase of our furniture. The warranty also does not cover any costs accumulated for using assembly services. Please note all of our furniture will require at least some assembly.

I have to pay to dispose a damaged part, will you cover those costs?

No. The disposal of any part is the responsibility of the customer. The warranty does not cover any costs for the disposal of parts.

Where are Crosley Furniture products manufactured?

This furniture product is manufactured in China.

Is this item ISTA-3A certified?

This item passed ISTA-3A testing. Small parcel shipments are the vast majority of our business and we take great care in making sure the packaging is sufficient enough to make it to the consumer.

What tools are needed to assemble this product?

A Phillips screwdriver is not provided, but necessary to assemble this product. All other necessary tools are provided within the hardware kit.

Can I get wood samples for this product?

Please call our consumer support hotline between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday at 800-815-4796 for available wood sample colors. We require that postage be covered for any wood samples.

What is this furniture product made of?

This furniture is made of engineered wood with a hardwood veneer. Some of the smaller parts will be made of solid hardwood, and the hardware is a combination of steel alloy, wood and plastic.

Are touch up pens available for small dings and scratches?

Touch up pens are available for some indoor and outdoor furniture. Please call our consumer support hotline (800-815-4796) between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday to order touch up paint.

My furniture keeps coming apart during assembly. What can I do to fix this?

This usually indicates the cam locks are not fastened properly. Please make sure all cam locks have been rotated the full 180°. It may be necessary to back out the cam bolt 1-3 turns to properly engage the cam lock.

Should I use glue when assembling this unit?

We do not recommend using glue unless the assembly instructions specifically call for it.

My wood dowels are too small for the hole. The hole is too big for the wood dowel, what can I do?

Wood dowels are intended for alignment. Additional clearance between wood dowel and pre-drilled hole is intentional for ease of assembly.

My cam locks keep breaking, what can I do?

This happens when the cam lock is not engaging to the cam bolt properly. The cam bolt is screwed in too far causing the cam lock to turn and turn without engaging and eventually breaking. Screw the cam bolt in only until the thread disappears, this should allow cam lock to engage properly.

How many records can this unit hold?

Fits roughly 80 records depending on size of records.

What is the weight limit?

The weight limit is 100 lbs. The weight limit per shelf is 25 lbs.
