If my turntable is not turning, how do I get it to turn?
Make sure the power is turned on and the unit's function selection is set on PHONO and then gently move the tone arm to the right until you hear a "click". Remove any cassettes that might be in the cassette player. Lift the tone arm and carry it over to the beginning of the record.

Why will my tone arm not return?
The turntable is not automatic. The record will stop at the end, but the tone arm will not return. The tone arm is a click-style: It is a manual turntable and will only return manually.

The record is playing, but I get no sound.
Make sure to remove the white protective needle cover from the end of the tone arm. Make sure the plastic needle was not removed when the protective cover was taken off. Adjust the volume to a higher level.
